A few quick tips when converting video for use on the Epic Underground.

1. Deinterlace your video. Click here for the how and why.
   
2. Use less "effects". Everyone loves a cool 3d transition but they get old real fast and take a lt takes more processing bandwidth to convert.  The result is a lower quality video.  Try keeping to the standard transitions of cut and cross-dissolve only mixing in a crazy effect when it actually adds something to your video.
3. Convert the video with the highest possible bitrate.  (somewhere between 700kb up 1500kb)  You have a 200mb file size limit so give your self some room for quality. You can compress a 4 minute AVI video (480mb) down to a 60mb file at a 1500kb bitrate 640 x 480.
